Stove Top & Fish Broiler Cooking 11
Spinach, leak and shrimp risotto. It was my first attempt making risotto and it took quite a bit longer than I had expected to cook, but the result was worth the wait.
While I was waiting for the risotto to cook, I was able to make desert. Grilled fresh figs topped with fresh whipped cream, whipped by hand since I don't have an electric mixer.
