The small dog in the lower left corner is tied up outside the store while its owner is shopping. During my pre-trip I saw a situation where a dog had been tied up next to a little girl's bike, she wanted to leave but was afraid of the dog, which barked loudly taunting her.

Grocery Store Dogs
It isn't everyday that I see this situation, but pretty close.
The small dog in the lower left corner is tied up outside the store while its owner is shopping. During my pre-trip I saw a situation where a dog had been tied up next to a little girl's bike, she wanted to leave but was afraid of the dog, which barked loudly taunting her.
