The chosen color is called artichoke heart. It's a Martha Stewart color, but based on my Mom and the Home Depot employee's recommendations I had the color mixed in Behr brand paint. The photo makes things look more complete then they really are. The ceiling has been primed, but still needs to be painted. A light second coat is required on the walls, and the edges also need to be finished up. After painting I am really happy with the drywall work! I noticed a few small spots while I was painting, but non of the joints are visible and I don't see any waviness.
