Croutons

Since adapting sourdough baby I am constantly required to come up with new ways to use it.  One of my go to snacks is croutons - I eat them like potato chips.
 
Cube up some day old sourdough and toss it with olive oil, salt, and Herbes de Provence, bake at 250 for 20ish minutes.
