Persimmon Tree
The house across from my garage has a persimmon tree, the fruit is starting to ripen and and fall onto the street. I want, badly, to pick up a fruit and try it out, but I haven't yet for two reasons. Is it stealing? even if the fruit roll in front of my garage? Would it be safe to eat?
