Stove Top & Fish Broiler Cooking 16

This is a re-creation of my favorite office cafeteria meal, which is apparently called Kanitama. It is a pea omelet topped with crab and mushroom soy sauce gravy service on a bed of rice. Prior to deciding that I wanted to try and make this dish I didn't even know it's name, but I was able to find a good explanation and a recipe thanks to Google Books.
