Stove Top & Fish Broiler Cooking 12
Ricotta eggplant bake. The inspiration was a Real Simple recipe, but of course I had to adapt it by cooking the eggplant on the stove, then using my fish broiler to melt the cheese.
Perhaps if I included a photo of the stove top & fish broiler my pride in these creations would make more sense.
