Why Did I Think This Was a Good Idea?
It is Japanese tradition to visit a shrine on New Years Day to pray for good luck in the coming year. I wanted Rebecca to see Atsuta Shrine while she was in Japan so I decided we could see the shrine and experience important Japanese culture in one event if we went on New Years Day. Bad idea, it was wall-to-wall-people
