Breaking in the Paddle

It took far too long to put the new mixer to use making cookies.  Searching the Smitten Kitchen blog for chocolaty cookies I stetted on World Peace Cookies

Without chocolate chips my cookies are slightly different from the recipe, but they were delicious enough for me. I hardly had any left to photograph.
