I opted not to get the microwave oven, I am glad to hear it works so well for you. I wish I could take the refrigerator home with me, I like the freezer pull out drawer.
Heh.. My fridge also has the little "vacuum compartment" to keep things from spoiling.
But I'm with you on the insta-freeze drawer, and the cool little ice machine..
The weirdest thing about the microwave/oven is that you have to set a time and temperature for your ovening, and when that time is up, it stops. Differs from our "turn it on, and get reminded it's on" system back home..
What is ICT? Inter Company Transfer - my 12 month assignment as an engineer, at an automotive supplier, in Nagoya, Japan during 2008-2009. Since returning to Michigan my blog is a random assortment of what I'm up to, usually home improvements, cooking, or travel.

C'mon.. Here, the "microwave oven" means convection oven that can microwave, though I still find it odd to punch in a time for ovening..
That's one of the few appliances I'm tempted to bring home with me. :)
